"A 2-1/2-year-old girl was snatched from her mother and thrown out the window of a ninth-floor flat by her uncle before he leapt after her in a murder-suicide case in Sheung Shui yesterday."Mok Ki-yan and her father's younger brother Mok Pak-ki, 27, who were found lying unconscious on the pavement outside Choi Wah House at Choi Yuen Estate, were declared dead at the scene by paramedics.
"Her mother, 28, who is a visitor from the mainland, ran downstairs shouting, `My daughter was thrown down`, repeatedly before she held the girl in her arms and wept, according to witnesses."
