We'll Always Have Paris

"PARIS, TX — Police are now investigating after the bodies of a husband and wife were found in their home Saturday morning.

"According to the Paris Police Department, the bodies of 21-year-old Emily Kaylyn Bush and 24-year-old Terrell Deon Bush, both of Paris, were discovered at a residence in the 2500 block of W. Houston Street. The couple has been identified as husband and wife.

"Emily's mother and father made repeated calls to her Saturday morning that went unanswered. After not being able to contact Emily for some time, her parents decided to go to the residence to check on her. Her father discovered the bodies inside the home and called 911. Police were dispatched to the home at 11:32 a.m.

"A firearm was found in close proximity to the bodies and evidence on scene indicates that this may be a murder/suicide, but police say it is too early in the investigation to make that determination. The case will be investigated as a homicide until forensic evidence can be used to make a final judgement.

"Neighbors told officers that sounds of a possible disturbance could be heard from the home around 11 p.m. Friday night. Those sounds were followed by slamming doors."
