"ADDIS, LA - West Baton Rouge Police are investigating a murder-suicide tonight."Investigators tell us a mother, Lavinia Banks was upset with her husband and fed up with her marriage so she took her 7-year-old son, Darieyonne, shot him once and dragged the little boy to the bathroom where they tell us she shot him again.
"That's where they say she left the 7-year-old's body in a tub full of water.
"They tell us the mother then shot herself in the head and killed herself."
