Man "Freaks Out", Kills Son, Self

"HAMILTON, OH — Hamilton police are investigating a shooting that left two people dead Tuesday night.

"According to a press release, officers believe this is a murder/suicide.

"Officers were called to 62 Chamberlin Drive at 9:25 p.m. and found the two men dead inside the home from apparent gunshot wounds.

"They were identified as 58-year-old Robert Johnson and 33-year-old Scott Johnson.

"A woman who said she was Scott Johnson's girlfriend called 911 to report that she was on the phone with the younger Johnson when she heard gunshots.

"`He said his dad freaked out on him earlier,` she told the dispatcher.

"Police found Robert Johnson's body when they first arrived, and after searching the house they found Scott Johnson's body with multiple gunshot wounds.

"The incident remains under investigation."
