Fatal Snow Day
"PENN HILLS, PA - A Penn Hills man shot his wife this morning before turning the gun on himself, according to police.
"Chief Howard Burton said police received a call from William Sipper's employer after he failed to arrive for work.
"Officers went to the house in the 100 block of Glenfield Drive in the Crescent Hills section of town and spoke with the couple's teenage son, who was home because his classes had been delayed.
"The son told police that he believed his parents had already left for work but that they often went to a detached garage to smoke.
"Police found William and Lisa Sipper in the garage, both dead with gunshot wounds to the head.
"The investigation continues. Burton said police had no prior calls from the home on record."
