Weekend Deaths Ruled Murder/Suicide
"ARLINGTON, AZ - Officials are investigating a murder-suicide after two people were found dead in a home west of the Valley Saturday.
"Maricopa County Sheriff's Deputy Lindsey Smith said 27-year-old Esmer Gene Holland and his wife 41-year-old Susan Jane Holland were found shot at the home near 350th Avenue south of Interstate 10.
"According to Smith, Esmer Holland shot and killed his wife before turning the gun on himself.
"Susan Holland's two children were reportedly home at the time of the incident.
"An investigation by the Sheriff's Homicide Unit is ongoing."
