Bodies Found In Home

"GARFIELD HEIGHTS, OH — Police are investigating a homicide-suicide that occurred Wednesday afternoon before 3:30.

"Garfield Heights Police Chief Robert Sackett said police found a male and a female dead on the first floor when they arrived at a home on York Boulevard. Both had gunshot wounds.

"Sackett said police were called by a person who lives in the home and had arrived sometime after the shooting.

"Sackett said police are treating the case as a homicide-suicide. The female, age 46, and male, age 43, are both residents of Maple Heights. Their names are being withheld until families are notified."
