Lunch Date Cancelled Due To Murder/Suicide
"ST. PETERSBURG, FL — Pinellas County Sheriff's detectives on Saturday were investigating the murder-suicide of a couple found dead in their home.
"Shelley Gold, 52, and Thomas Cappadona, 51, were discovered by a friend who had gone by the home in unincorporated St. Petersburg at about 2 p.m. Saturday to take Gold to lunch. Both had died of gunshot wounds to the head.
"The couple had been together at least seven years, detectives said, and had been having problems."

ReplyDeleteShelley was an awesome person whose life was taken far too soon by a crazed man..She will be missed by all who knew her. May she finally rest in peace.....
ReplyDeleteALthough they both had their issues, he was far from a crazed man. Shelley and Tom had alcohol and drug issues that worsened each day. They struggled in their relationship and refused help of all kinds. This is such a sad story for both families. Rest in peace!
ReplyDeleteI knew and liked Shelley Gold.She was a good person and a well loved bartender. As for anyone who thinks that this is an appropriate forum to share mean spirited,vicious or unkind thoughts about the deceased...please be better than that and don't. Kai
