Couple Found Dead In SUV

"VACAVILLE, CA — Authorities are investigating a shooting that rocked a quiet neighborhood Tuesday afternoon, leaving two dead inside a vehicle parked in front of a home in an apparent murder-suicide, police said.

"The two unidentified subjects, a 47-year-old man and 40-year-old woman, were found sitting inside a silver Chevy Avalanche parked in the 100 block of Arroyo Court off Leisure Town Road shortly before 2:53 p.m., police said.

"The two were discovered by a neighbor who immediately called police. Officers arrived in the neighborhood where they found both individuals deceased after suffering fatal gunshot wounds, Quatman said."
