Three Bodies Found During Welfare Check

"SAINT AUGUSTINE, FL — Several days after 51-year-old Gregory Scott Testa did not call-in or show up for work, public information officer Catherine Payne [said] that his employer became suspicious and notified the St Johns County Sheriff’s Office that they had reasonable concern for his welfare.

"The call came in at 12:25 p.m. this afternoon, Payne told reporters. Deputies responded to the Testa residence at 452 Gianna Way in Saint Augustine’s Coronado neighborhood; off Wildwood Drive.

"Upon entry, the officers found three victims; Gregory Testa and his parents, 87-year-old Joyce E Testa and 90-year-old Raymond Testa. All three apparently died from gunshot wounds; a suspected double murder-suicide."
