Suicide Note Offers No Explanation

"SELLERSBURG, IN - Police in Sellersburg, Indiana are investigating an apparent murder suicide.

"Police say they were called to a home at 325 Popp Avenue around 4pm Saturday.

"Inside, officers [said] they found the bodies of a man and a woman, both shot and killed.

"Police detectives [said] they believe the man apparently shot his wife in the bedroom, and then killed himself in the bathroom.

"Officers [said] the man left a note, but it did not offer any explanation. Police are now searching for a motive in the crime.

"Investigators have yet to release the names of the couple."
