"MESQUITE, NV — The Mesquite Local News is reporting a possible murder-suicide at the home of Mesquite City Councilwoman Donna Fairchild.
"Mesquite Police officers say they responded to a call from a residence on Arguello Drive Tuesday morning at approximately 4:30 am. Upon arrival, officers found Councilwoman Fairchild and her husband, Bill Fairchild, dead.
"A preliminary investigation shows each of them died of a single gunshot wound; an autopsy is scheduled for Wednesday morning."
