Two Dead In Hospital Incident

"WINSTON-SALEM, NC — Police say a man entered a Winston-Salem hospital and shot a woman to death in her room, then killed himself.

"Investigators said 28-year-old Saqueena Cutchin was a patient in a third-floor room at Forsyth Medical Center when 27-year-old Tazeman Boone came into the room about 11:30 p.m. Saturday and killed her.

"Police say Boone appears to then turn the gun on himself, but the investigation continues.

"Authorities say the killer and victim were in a relationship. They did not say why Cutchin was in the hospital.

"Police say no one else was in danger, and the hospital continued to take care of patients."
