"WEST PALM BEACH, FL — The Miami man who was found unconscious in his truck on I-95 with his severely-injured son nearby and the boy's twin sister's body in a bag in the back told police he was planning to set himself on fire in a suicide attempt."Jorge Barahona, 53, has been charged with aggravated child abuse in the shocking crime that unfolded Monday morning on the shoulder of I-95 in West Palm Beach.
"According to a West Palm Beach Police arrest affidavit, Barahona, who remains in the intensive care unit of a local hospital, was distraught over the death of the 10-year-old girl, who he had adopted along with her twin brother, Victor.
"It's still unclear if Barahona killed the girl or how the child died."
