Domestic "Squabble" Turns Deadly

"STOCKTON, CA — A police investigation has been underway since 7:00 am today at a Stockton residence after a 911 call alerted law enforcement of a situation on 3777 Fort Donelson Drive.

"Upon arrival to the scene that they believed to b a domestic violence squabble, law enforcement discovered the bodies of a male and female that had been shot.

"Stockton Police Department representative Pete Smith stated, “From what we believe at this point is that the suspect in the crime is a mid 40’s, white male and there was some type of disturbance going on inside the home.”

"The pair were long-time cohabitants with four children, none of which were present.
Both individuals were pronounced dead after being taken to an area hospital

"A murder-suicide situation is suspected."
