Love Triangle Suspected In Murder/Suicide

"MINGO COUNTY, WV — An ongoing argument over a woman turned deadly in Mingo County, according to investigators.

"West Virginia State Police [said] Steven Hitt went to a house on Mark's Branch Road in Newtown about 11:45 p.m. Thursday.

"That was where Justin Jordan was staying.

"According to investigators, Hitt and Jordan had been involved in an ongoing argument because troopers say Hitt's estranged wife was in a relationship with Jordan.

"Troopers say Hitt shot and killed Jordan and then turned the gun on himself."
