Bodies Found In Garage

"HALEIWA, HI — Honolulu police are investigating the death of two people on Oahu's North Shore as a murder-suicide.

"According to police, a 41-year-old man broke into a home on 59-811 Kamehameha Highway at 8:45 a.m. and fired numerous shots, killing a 40-year-old woman before turning the gun on himself.

"Police say it appears the two victims had previously been in a relationship.

"Their bodies were discovered in the garage.

"A 43-year-old man was also inside the home at the time. He suffered injuries but was not hospitalized.

"Police say a gun was recovered at the scene."
