Divorced Couple Lived, Died Together

"Tuscon, AZ - Pima County Sheriff deputies are investigating a murder suicide from Thursday night.

"It happened around 10:30 pm in the 7100 Block of Hildreth Avenue, near Cardinal and Los Reales.

"Deputies say Martin Rios Gonzales, 45, shot his ex-wife Ana Delia Rios, 44, and then turned the gun on himself.

"A spokesperson says family members heard gun shots coming from the bedroom and bathroom.

"They ran to a neighbor's house to call 9-1-1.

"Although the two were divorced, the couple was still living together.

"Deputies say he was supposed to move out yesterday."
