"BRAINTREE, MA ― Two people are dead in an apparent murder/suicide at a Union Street motel.The victims are identified as a man in his 50s and a woman in her 40s.
"`Evidence at the scene indicates the male may have been the aggressor,` said David Traub, a spokesman for Norfolk District Attorney William Keating. `The man and woman are known to each other.`
"The deaths took place at the Motel 6 at 125 Union St. The motel is made up of two, two-story buildings between the Union Street rotary, the Braintree MBTA station, and the former Braintree landfill.
"Investigators said the bodies were discovered when a motel worker entered a room in the rear of the complex about 11:30 a.m. Wednesday."
