Argument Leads To Deaths Of Brothers


"CLEVELAND, OH - Two brothers died early Sunday morning in an apparent murder-suicide on the 3400 block of East 113th Street, according to the Cuyahoga County Coroner's office.

"Police received a call around 3:30 a.m. Sunday for a man shot at 3426 E. 113th St.

"Deangelo Wiggins, 19, was pronounced dead at 4:01 a.m. at MetroHealth from gunshot wounds to his chest and leg.

"His brother, Deante Wiggins, Sr., 28, died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head, according to the Cuyahoga County Coroner's office.

"Police have learned that the two brothers got into an argument that escalated until Deante shot Deangelo and left the scene. He then called a friend to pick him up. During a conversation with the friend about a block away, Deante killed himself.

"This situation is currently under investigation by the Cleveland Police Homicide Unit."
