"PHILADELPHIA, PA — Investigators say a husband fatally shot his wife inside their Center City high-rise apartment before turning the gun on himself and taking his own life.
"The discovery was made at about 8:30 p.m. Sunday at the Museum Towers hi-rise apartments near 18th and Buttonwood Streets in the Spring Garden section of the city.
"Investigators say 30-year-old Carlos Eugene Acosta fatally shot his wife, 29-year-old Rio Acosta Magden before taking his own life.
"Rio, a nurse at Hahnemann, was found dead in a bedroom area and her husband’s body was found nearby.
"The suspected weapon was recovered at the scene and sent to a crime lab for testing.
"Investigators believe the incident may have stemmed from a domestic problem."
