"Friendly And Nice" Couple Found DEAD
"Houston, TX - A husband and wife were found shot to death Wednesday when their three children returned from school to the family’s southwest Houston home, police said.
"The couple, who have not been identified, were found dead about 3:30 p.m. inside the home in the 12700 block of Corona near Dairy Ashford.
"Houston police said there were no signs of forced entry into the house and a gun was discovered near the bodies. They could not confirm at the scene if the incident was a murder-suicide.
"Dozens of stunned neighbors and friends gathered around the crime scene tape stretched across the driveway of the family’s two-story brick home.
"`They were pretty quiet. They haven’t been here but a year,` said next-door neighbor Charles King. `They were really friendly and nice.`
"King said he recalled hearing loud arguing coming from the family’s home on Tuesday.
`The first time I ever heard noise from them was last night,` he said.
"The shooting remains under investigation by the Houston police homicide division."
