No-Shows Show Up DEAD
"KINDERHOOK, NY - At about nine o'clock in Wednesday morning, Columbia County Sheriff's patrols were called to a home on Rabbit Lane in the Town of Kinderhook from a co-worker of someone, to check on the person's welfare.
"`We had received a call from a work associate of one of the individuals, both adults, who was concerned that one of the people who lived in the residence had not shown up for work and could not be contacted by phone,` said Sheriff David Harrison, Jr.
"Authorities said they found two adults dead, from apparent gunshot wounds.
"`The only individuals in the house were.. found deceased,` Harrison said.
"Harrison also believes both victims lived in the home.
"Crime scene technicians and investigators were on the property throughout Wednesday, into the evening.
"At this point, authorities are not going into much detail about the deaths. They would not comment on whether or not they have recovered a weapon, or on exactly where the bodies were found."
