Detectives Conclude Evidence Points To Murder/Suicide

"TACOMA, WA — Police said it appears two bodies found Wednesday in a Tacoma home were the result of a murder-suicide.

"The remains of a man and woman were found Wednesday afternoon in the home in the 3900 block of N. 30th St. after co-workers called police to report that one of the two people had failed to report to work for several days.

"After collecting evidence at the scene, detectives now believe that the man killed the woman before taking his own life, said Tacoma police spokesman Mark Fulghum.

"The names of the man and woman were not immediately released."
