Two Injured, One Dead In Attempted Double Murder/Suicide
"BRAY, OK — An update on the shootings out of Stephens County. Authorities say it appears to be an attempted murder-suicide. Investigators say the whole ordeal happened Saturday night at nine in the 3700 block of Goad Road in Bray.
"When deputies arrived, they found three people shot with one man dead.
"`A female that was shot is in Duncan Regional Hospital with a gun shot wound, and a gentleman was airlifted to OU Medical Center.. I just heard his condition was stable at the present time. That's all the information I have. The third victim is deceased from what is a self-inflicted gunshot wound,` said Stephens County Sheriff, Wayne McKinney.
"McKinney says the two victims still alive were shot in the face.
"He says investigators combed through the crime scene most of the night. But, since it is still so early in the investigation, they can't say for sure this was an attempted murder-suicide or why the man did it."
