Lawyers In Love
"DULUTH, GA — An office love triangle apparently led to a murder-suicide outside a Gwinnett County law firm Tuesday night, police said.
"The shooting happened about 7:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 3800 block of Satellite Boulevard, in the parking lot of the Junn Law Firm.
"Officers who initially responded to a report of a person hit by a vehicle discovered that Sylvia Junn, 44, had shot her 45-year-old husband, Charles Junn, and another woman, whose name has not been released, Gwinnett police Cpl. Jake Smith said.
"`She shot them both, then got into a white Lexus and fled the scene,` Smith said. `Charles Junn was run over as she left.`
"Smith said Sylvia Junn returned to the scene `almost immediately, and was still armed with the handgun.`
"Sylvia Junn refused the orders of officers to drop her weapon, Smith said, but `before the officers could take action, the suspect shot herself in the head.`
"Sylvia and Charles Junn, who were from Duluth and had a 16-year-old son, died at the scene. The other woman was taken to a local hospital, and was in critical condition on Wednesday.
"Smith said all three worked in the same office where the shooting occurred.
"`The investigation revealed that Charles Junn and the female victim likely had an affair in the past,` he said."
