She Left A Note
"PHOENIX, AZ - Police have found a note at a home where two bodies were found, leading them to believe the Phoenix woman shot and killed her husband before taking her own life.
"The bodies of Patricia Corona, 44, and Mario Corona Sr., 52, were found in the home near 22nd Street and Indian School Road just after 12 a.m. Sunday.
"Their 21-year-old son was watching TV with a friend in another room when they heard two gunshots.
"He called 911 after finding his parents' bodies in their bedroom. Both had been shot in the head.
"Mario Corona Sr. was pronounced dead at the scene. Patricia Corona was rushed to the hospital where she later died.
"Police said a handgun was found in the bedroom. Investigators said a note discovered among Patricia Corona's belongings indicated her intention to commit suicide.
"Detectives determined that Patricia Corona shot her husband before killing herself."
