2 Dead, 10 Year Old Innocent Bystander Injured

"DAYTON, OH — Two men were killed and a 10-year-old boy was injured in what Dayton police are calling a murder-suicide Tuesday night.

"The shooting happened around 8 p.m. outside the Kings Court Apartment complex in the 3700 block of Kings Highway.

"Police said two men were arguing outside the complex when one of the men shot the other at least three times. Then the gunman went inside an apartment and shot himself in the head.

"The boy was injured when one of the bullets hit the car he was riding. The boy was treated at Good Samaritan Hospital and released.

"Police have recovered a weapon they believe was used in the shootings, Dayton police Lt. Kenneth Beall said.

"The names of the victims have not been released."
