"GLENDALE, AZ - Police are on the scene of an early morning double stabbing in Glendale."A woman called 911 shortly after 5 a.m. Monday, saying that her boyfriend had been stabbed.
"When rescuers arrived at an apartment complex near 55th Avenue and Camelback Road, they discovered two victims. A 37-year-old woman had been stabbed multiple times and was pronounced dead at the scene.
"A man in his 40s had been stabbed in the neck. He was rushed to St. Joseph's Hospital.
"Family members said the incident was a domestic situation that turned very violent. They [said] that this appears to be a murder-suicide.
"Police said they were not actively looking for a suspect."
