Death On The Back Porch
"DELTONA, FL — Volusia County deputy sheriffs said two men and a woman were killed in an apparent murder-suicide shooting on the back porch of a home in the Stone Island community near Deltona.
"Sheriff's spokesman Gary Davidson said a young girl also was inside the home on 478 Sunset Road at the time of the shooting. She was not injured.
"`The shooter is believed to be among the victims,` Davidson said.
"Records at the Volusia County Property Appraiser's Office list Philip T. Spinney as the homeowner.
"Investigators have not released the identities of the victims or their relationships.
"Davidson said the minor, whose age was not released, is at the Volusia County Sheriff's Office with deputies and officials with the Florida Department of Children and Families.
"Reports show a neighbor called 911 just before 8:15 a.m. to report she heard gunfire while she walking her dog."

The shooter had been abusive to his wife throughout the marriage claiming his Hispanic heritage gave him this right. His mother supported this. Lara was a vibrant happy girl and great mother. Her father Phil was a well respected neighbor in his rye beach NH home and then his stone island community. He was
ReplyDeletegrateful for his 2002 liver transplant and in the last 3 years suffered the loss of his wife dot his beloved Dane Carlson and his house burning on stone island.
