"MARTINS FERRY, OH — Two people are confirmed dead in an apparent murder-suicide in Belmont County.
"A woman's body was found at an apartment on North Ninth Street in Martins Ferry just after 9 a.m. Friday.
"A man was found dead on South Sharon Road in Colerain Township.
"Police did not say how the victims died, nor did they release the victims' identities as of 10:45 a.m.
"This marks the second murder-suicide in the N. 9th Street neighborhood. In Sepetember, police said Randy Shrodes shot and killed his wife Amy then turned the gun on himself."
