"FRANKLIN COUNTY, PA — State police in Chambersburg are calling the deaths of three people a double murder-suicide."Neighbors said the car was found near a quarry off Broad Mountain Road.
"Conway Weller, 24, killed two girls and took his own life late Sunday night at a remote location near Pleasant Hall, police said.
"The Franklin County coroner identified the girls as Leeairra Ann Weller, 5, and Caleigh Ainsley Weller, 8 months. The girls have different mothers.
"They were found dead in a vehicle. The SUV was found at the end of Tower Road in Letterkenny Township, according to the coroner.
"Police had to force their way into the vehicle and found the bodies.
"The cause of death for Weller and the children was asphyxia due to carbon monoxide poisoning, police said.
"State police received a tip from Chambersburg Borough police Sunday afternoon.
"Family members found signs in Weller's Chambersburg home that led them to believe he was suicidal. Police would not say what those signs were.
"Police learned he may have a relative living near the quarry, which led them to his SUV."
