Killer Found Dead In Desert
"FLORENCE, AZ — A man was found dead in the desert near Gila Bend from a self-inflicted gunshot wound, after he shot his wife to death in a church parking lot, Pinal County Sheriff's Office Officer Tim Gaffney said.
"On Tuesday, November 2 at 6:49 p.m., the Pinal County Sheriff's Office received a 911 call from a citizen who was at the "Christ the Victor" church located at 6173 East Arizona Farms Road, in Florence, Ariz. regarding shots fired. When deputies arrived on scene, they found Jamie Gallegos, 35, dead in the parking lot of the church, according to a news release.
"Evidence showed that Gallegos had been in a physical struggle with another individual prior to being murdered.
"Gallegos had been at the church to take her 7 and 10-year-old sons to karate practice.
"Dominic Donatella, 39, of San Tan Valley, was considered the suspect in the shooting, who is the ex-husband of Gallegos. Donatella was previously arrested on May 28, for domestic violence assault/disorderly conduct, a news release stated.
"The Pinal County Sheriff's Office investigated the murder of Gallegos, discovering that she was killed by Donatella. Following the shooting, Dominic fled the scene in his vehicle.
"His vehicle was located along Interstate 8 near Gila Bend. Donatella was found in the desert area about one mile from his vehicle. Dominic was dead as a result of a self-inflicted gunshot wound, Officer Gaffney says."

WHY WAS THAT VAN NOT IN EVDIENCE SINCE IT WAS RAMMED BY A MAN CHASING DOMINIC? MY SISTERS DNA WOULD HAVE BEEN IN THAT VAN SINCE SHE FOUGHT THE BASTARD!! YOU IMPOUNDED MY SISTERS CAR AND SHE NOT KILLED IN HER CAR? DOMINIC SWITCHED VEHICLES AFTER HE MURDERED MY SISTER....SO HE WENT TO HIS MOTHERS AND SWITCHED VEHICLES? THE KIA VAN WAS HIS MOTHERS AND HE WAS FOUND DEAD A MILE AWAY FROM HIS HYNDAI SUV....SO WHAT DO YOU HAVE MR. DETECTIVES? AND WHY WASNT I CALLED TO SEE IF MY SISTER SUSPECTED ANYTHING? I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH HER 40 MINUTES PRIOR TO HER MURDER? I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL. I WOULD HAVE BEEN IN HER PHONE..OH, THATS RIGHT MR. DETECTIVES...AZ LAW ONLY RECOGNIZES THE NEXT OF KIN TO GET ANY INFO FROM THAT NIGHT...WHICH WOULD BE HER HUSBAND. NO ONE ELSE IN HER FAMILY MATTERS. MY FATER ATTEMPTED 8 TIMES TO CONTACT YOU AND YOU CALL HIM ALMOST A MONTH LATER TELLING HIM HE IS NOT NEXT OF KIN...UM, HE CREATED HER! I HOPE NO ONE ELSE GETS MURDERED IN PINAL COUNTY. THIS SHERIFF AND HIS DEPUTIES ARE WORTHLESS. YOU WILL NEVER SEEK ANY ANSWERS. OH BECAUSE IT WAS A MURDER/SUICIDE, CASE CLOSED.
