Expired Restraining Order

"WEST ALLIS, WI — West Allis police are investigating an apparent murder-suicide.

"Officers said they were called to the 2200 block of South 62nd Street at about 4:09 p.m. in response to a shooting.

"Police said they found 27-year-old Matthew Krejci, of Milwaukee, and a 23-year-old Grace Krejci, of West Allis, dead from apparent gunshot wounds.

"Detectives said the victims were found in a bathroom.

"Police said a 3-year-old child was found in the home unharmed. Officers said the child was taken to a hospital as a precaution.

"Detectives said the victims were married and had a child in common.

"Police said the woman had taken a restraining order out against the man in the past, but it expired March 22.

"Officers said the man had been arrested for a restraining order violation on March 8 by West Allis police and was charged by the Milwaukee District Attorney's Office."
