Couple Had No Reported History Of Domestic Violence

"HOLDEN, LA — Authorities are investigating an apparent murder-suicide.

"The Livingston Parish Sheriff's Office reported the incident happened on Tickfaw Acres in Holden.

"Deputies said they received a 911 call around 9:15 a.m. from a family member who doesn't live at the home.

"A husband and wife in their mid-60s were found dead in their home.

"Their names have not been released.

"Autopsies are pending to determine the exact cause of their deaths.

"Investigators said family members told them they were with the couple Tuesday night and there didn't appear to be any problems.

"Officials also said there was no reported history of domestic violence at the home."
