"MESQUITE, TX - Police in one North Texas suburb are investigating an apparent murder-suicide on a quiet street."When family members couldn't reach the couple who lived there, they asked police to check on the house in the 5600 block of Bandera Place.
"Shortly after midnight on Monday, officers found the bodies of a 52-year-old man and a 46-year-old woman. Both were apparently shot to death.
"Both bodies were removed Monday morning around 7:30 a.m.
"Police say the couple had two children, ages 15 and 7, who were not home at the time.
"The couple's names won't be released until their families have been notified.
"The medical examiner will determine how they died."
