"That Kind Of Messed My Day Up"

"TALLAHASSEE, FL — A domestic dispute ends in gunfire in Tallahassee. Both the shooter and his victim are now dead.

"Lynn Dyson says a man shot at her brother as he was taking the trash out.

"`I guess because he was outside.` She said.

"Her brother ran inside their apartment unharmed. But, it was not the last shot fired.

"Dyson said, `We heard another shot and we went to the windows and he was standing over the lady. He shot her; he said something else to her; he shot her again; and then he put the pistol to his head and shot himself—just shot himself—standing right there.`

"Tallahassee Police say 45-year-old Donald Wigglesworth and 37-year-old Theresa Sullivan were still alive when they arrived at Willow Bend Apartments on Blair Stone Road just before 10:00 Monday morning.

"It all happened in the parking lot in front of Building 1401.

"Shema Richet lives at Willow Bend Apartments. She said, `When you have a neighborhood with children; you have your family there. It is a little bit scary just to know something like that so close to home.`

"Lynn Dyson says just before the shooting, Wigglesworth had gotten out of a black pick-up truck and Sullivan was trying to get into her jeep.

"`The lady was screaming to call the police.` Said, Dyson.

"Police say Sullivan and Wigglesworth had been dating off and on for the past three years.

"Dyson said, `When relationships go bad they need to learn to start praying because this is too much crime with hate and pain. Apparently, he did that out of hurt because he did himself as well after he made sure he had shot her a couple of times. To see it done, that kind of messed my day up.`

"The couple died after being transported to the hospital.

"Witnesses say Sullivan lived at the Willow Bend Apartments with her teenaged daughter.

"An autopsy is expected to be performed Tuesday."
