"Detectives obtained warrants for Edwards’ arrest Monday afternoon on charges of assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury with intent to kill and assault with a deadly weapon.
"He was accused of shooting three people at 409 John B. Carter Road after a fight at the party.
"The victims were Mariella Nicole Rivas, 20, David Wayne Robinson, 35, and Xavier Kaynon Whitted, 21, all of Fayetteville.
"All three were in serious condition at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center on Monday night.
