Botched Suicide Sends Shooter To State Pen
"LAWRENCEBURG, KY — A Lawrenceburg has been arrested in connection with the killing of his wife.
"Timothy Branson, 48, of was charged with killing 50-year-old Modena Branson.
"On Monday afternoon, police were called to the couple's home on Ballard Road.
"Modena Branson was found dead at the scene, and Timothy Branson was taken to University of Kentucky Hospital with a gunshot wound.
"Investigators said he shot his wife before shooting himself.
"Branson was arrested when he was released from the hospital Thursday.
"He is being held at the Kentucky State Reformatory in LaGrange on a $1 million bond."

I am so hurt and disappointed that kentucky doesn't have the death penalty. Modina was my neice.She was a good person and didn't diserve to be murdered by that scum of a man.

ReplyDeleteI am Modenas sister and if he was trying to kill his self he did a poor job of it. He was only in the hospital for 3 nights. We will demand justice!
