"LIVERPOOL TOWNSHIP, OH — Liverpool Township police chief Charlie Burgess said the son of a Liverpool Township couple discovered his parents' bodies at a home along Anderson Boulevard in Liverpool Township around 6 p.m. Friday.
"`We have two victims inside that have apparent gunshot wounds and we're waiting for the coroner's office to complete their investigation,` said Burgess.
"Police said the husband and wife were groundskeepers at the Free Methodist Church Camp.
"Burgess said the couple died less than 24 hours before police got there.
"[Reporters] spoke with a resident who was still in shock.
"`It's going to be a little difficult. It will, just knowing that we never had any problems with them. I don't know the whole situation over there. It's a shock,` said Mike David.
"The names of the couple are Michael Wolfe Sr. and his wife karen wolfe.
The police chief says this appears to be a murder-suicide. But says they won't know for sure until they get a ruling from the coroner."
