"DANBURY, NC - A couple found dead inside a Stokes County home Tuesday morning appeared to be the victims of a murder suicide, Stokes County Sheriff's Department officials said Wednesday.
"Deputies said they were called to the home on Chestnut Ridge Lane at about 9:30 a.m. and found the bodies of Loretta Ann Campbell and Ray Allan Collingwood, both 57 years old.
"Both were found with gunshot wounds, deputies said.
"An autopsy is scheduled for Wednesday at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center.
"No other details were given."
