"TIGARD, OR - Two people are found dead at a Tigard apartment complex. Reports are that the shooting happened in a breezeway of the Arbor Heights Apartments on Royalty Parkway with a young girl nearby. Witnesses say a husband shot his wife and turned the gun on himself."
