"It Was A Lot Of Blood"
"EAST LIVERPOOL, OH — Two people are dead and another injured after an early morning shooting Wednesday in East Liverpool.
"...Police were called to 1126 Avondale Street at 2:38 a.m. They arrived to find one 22-year-old woman dead on the porch from a gunshot wound, another 22-year-old woman inside the front door with a gunshot wound but still alive, and a 25-year-old man lying about a block down the street, dead of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
"Preliminary reports indicate the incident was a murder-suicide situation, in which the man knew the victims. A police report states that the male had children in common with the surviving female.
"`Now I don't know what happened between he and her, but it seemed pretty real,` said neighbor Jeromy Hayes. `It was a lot of blood.`
"The female victim was transported to East Liverpool City Hospital then life-flighted to a Pittsburgh hospital."
