Killer Dies In Firey Car Crash

"TAMPA, FL — Officials are trying to piece together the events from Tuesday that left a woman dead in her Tampa apartment and her on-again, off-again boyfriend dead in a fiery St. Petersburg crash.

"At 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Tampa police received a 911 call with a woman screaming and then hung up.

"Officers were dispatched to the scene, 5101 Seminole Avenue North, and discovered 25-year-old Larsen Hunt dead.

"About an hour and a half later, 30-year-old Jason Skinner died after the car he was driving crashed into a home on Burlington Street in St. Petersburg.

"A police spokesperson said the driver was originally being chased by officers, but officers broke off the chase.

"Witnesses said the car went airborne across 16th Street, then lost control, crashed into the house and caught on fire.

"Officials said Skinner was immediately a suspect in Hunt's death - and that she had a restraining order against him."

  1. Hmmm... does this one really count as murder/suicide? Other than death by car crash it has all the classic hallmarks, including a restraining order.
