"MADISONVILLE, OH — Police are investigating an incident they are calling a murder/suicide that occurred Sunday afternoon.
"Cincinnati Police were called to the 5600 block of Luhn Avenue to check on the welfare of the residents at 3:00p.m. When Officers arrived, police discovered two victims with gunshot wounds inside the home.
"The two people were pronounced dead at the scene. The names of the victims have not been released.
"Cincinnati Police Department's Homicide Unit is investigating the incident as a murder/suicide."
